STUDENT LEADERS
School Captains 2010
ANZAC day ceremony: The School Captains Grace and Kailo and Vice Captains Sarah and Dylan and Principal Rosemary Allica attended the ANZAC day ceremony in Warragul on Sunday. The students laid a wreath at the war memorial on behalf of the school community to recognise the sacrifices made by the men and women who fought for our country. My thanks to the students and their families for representing WPS on Sunday, specially in the wet and cold weather.
Student leadership positions (school captain and vice captain) are important positions at the school and being selected to hold the office is recognition of the skills of each of the four students.
Our House Captains and Junior School Council members are part of the wider student leadership team, taking on responsible roles over and above their standard school activities.
